Securing lots of viewings on your property can certainly be exciting, but they can also be time consuming and not always convenient. We want to get serious and committed buyers through the door, not time wasters. That’s why we’ve invested in Giraffe360, to give virtual tours and remote viewings for EVERY property, included within the fee. Prospective buyers can fall in love with your property from the comfort of their sofa and time wasting can be avoided, meaning only serious buyers visit. We offer a bespoke, guided virtual walk round if required. In-person viewings are always accompanied, and we give prompt feedback every time, with viewing cards, text message reminders and phone calls 24 hours after. Communication Matters

We regularly chase the entire chain and keep you updated every step of the way, with a dedicated sales progressor to look after you and speak to at any time.
